CoastLine is a line of handmade works by Jessica E. Hoffman that represent the similar themes & interests shared by those coast to coast--thoughtfully.
I primarily work in mixed media & focus on upcycling materials to make them modern, fun, & relatable. Some of my favorite materials include magazine, newspaper, conte crayon, india ink, graphite, salt, & acrylic. I shamelessly save many, many scraps of paper.
Currently, I am a graduate student, working artist, & upcoming staff art teacher beginning in 2014, at The Banana Factory in Bethlehem, PA. I have also had the pleasure of articulating artistic concepts to adults & children through non-profit organizations in both Pennsylvania & New York City.
